Enrollment Documents definition

Enrollment Documents means the Deferral Election Form, the Investment Election Form, and the Distribution Election Form substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibits A, B, and C, respectively. The Administrator shall have the discretion to change the terms and conditions of any Enrollment Document at any time prior to the date on which it becomes a legally binding agreement pursuant to the terms of Section 3.1 below. The use of Enrollment Documents may be administered electronically.
Enrollment Documents means all of the forms in the enrollment packet provided to you by ACT that are applicable to your situation.
