Distribution Election Form definition

Distribution Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Plan Administrator that the Director completes, signs and returns to the Plan Administrator to designate the time and form of distribution.
Distribution Election Form means the form attached hereto as Exhibit "B."

More Definitions of Distribution Election Form

Distribution Election Form means that part of a Deferral Election Form used by a Director according to this Plan to establish the duration of deferral and the form of payments (lump sum or a designated number of annual installments) of a Deferred Benefit. If a Deferred Benefit has no Distribution Election Form that is operative according to Article 7 of this Plan, distribution of that Deferred Benefit is governed by Article 8 of this Plan.
Distribution Election Form means the election form by which a Participant elects the time and manner in which his accounts shall be distributed pursuant to Sections 6.4 and 6.5. The Plan Administrator may, in his sole discretion, require two separate Distribution Election Forms for purposes of making distributions regarding the time and manner in which accounts will be distributed, respectively.
