Offering Document definition
Offering Document means the prospectus or other document (issued by the Management Company with written consent of the Trustee and approved by the Commission) which contains the investments and distribution policy, unit structure(s) and all other information in respect of the Unit Trust, as required by the Rules and Regulations and is circulated to invite offers by the public to invest in the Scheme.
Offering Document means, with respect to any class or series of Shares, the prospectus, offering circular, offering memorandum, private placement memorandum or other offering document related to the initial offering of such Shares, approved by the Manager, including any Offering Statement.

Without the written approval of FIS, Client will not describe the Services or the terms or conditions of this Order in any communication or document intended for distribution to any Investor in connection with an Offering Document and will not amend any such references to FIS or the terms or conditions of this Order in any Offering Document that has been previously approved by FIS.

Offering Document. The Prospectus or the Memorandum, as applicable.
