Deferral Election Form definition

Deferral Election Form means each form established from time to time by the Administrator that the Executive completes, signs and returns to the Administrator to designate the amount of Deferrals.
Deferral Election Form means the form designated by the Committee for purposes of making deferrals under Section 3.1.
Deferral Election Form means a document, in a form approved by the Committee, pursuant to which a Non-Employee Director makes a deferral election under the Plan.
