Energy Supply Agreement definition

Energy Supply Agreement means a contract for energy supply between an energy supplier and the client Fees means all fees specified in the Project Order Form applicable to the Services accepted by the Client under this Agreement; GST means Goods and Services Tax imposed pursuant to the GST Law;
