GST Law. Australia Buyer will be registered under the GST Law as of the Closing.
GST Law has the same meaning as the definition of “GST law” in A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Xxx 0000 (Cth);
GST Law. The Licensee will not issue a document that would otherwise be a RCTI, on or after the date when either party has failed to comply with any requirements of GST Law.
GST Law consideration; GST; input tax credit; supply; taxable supply; and tax invoice. Unless otherwise indicated, the fees and all other consideration for any supply made under this contract is exclusive of any GST imposed on the supply. If one party (the supplier) makes a taxable supply to the other party (the recipient) under this Agreement, on receipt of a tax invoice from the supplier, the recipient must pay without setoff an additional amount to the supplier equal to the GST imposed on the supply in question. No party may claim from the other party under this Agreement any amount for which the first party may claim an input tax credit. Where the invoice relates to a taxable supply made under this Agreement, the invoice must comply with the requirements for a tax invoice, as defined in the GST Law. GST Law. The parties agree that, for the purposes of the GST law, Xxxxxxx Pacific supplies to you the Uber Services in sole consideration for the Service Fee. In addition, Uber supplies to you a licence to use the Provider App under clause 5 for no consideration.

  • GST (a) Amounts specified in the standing offer prices from time to time and other amounts payable under this contract may be stated to be exclusive or inclusive of GST. Paragraph (b) applies unless an amount is stated to include GST.

  • VAT (a) All amounts expressed to be payable under a Finance Document by any Party to a Finance Party which (in whole or in part) constitute the consideration for any supply for VAT purposes are deemed to be exclusive of any VAT which is chargeable on that supply, and accordingly, subject to paragraph (b) below, if VAT is or becomes chargeable on any supply made by any Finance Party to any Party under a Finance Document and such Finance Party is required to account to the relevant tax authority for the VAT, that Party must pay to such Finance Party (in addition to and at the same time as paying any other consideration for such supply) an amount equal to the amount of the VAT (and such Finance Party must promptly provide an appropriate VAT invoice to that Party).

  • Goods and Services Tax You shall be responsible for all goods and services tax and all other taxes imposed on or payable in respect of any amount required to be paid under this Agreement. We may debit the amount of such tax to your Card Account.
