Parcel C. A PORTION OF LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 142, EAST DENVER, THE PLAT OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 1, LYING BELOW DENVER DATUM ELEVATION 46.8. AND TOGETHER WITH all rights in and to any licenses, permits, or easements granted in favor of the development and use of the Land; and shall be deemed to include additional land in which Landlord has an interest from time to time which is contiguous to the Land (or contiguous to a public street that is contiguous to the Land) and which Landlord has improved for use in connection with the Land, and shall be deemed to exclude any parts of the Land which are transferred from time to time.
