In compliance with the SEBI Order, the Acquirers have to pay an interest of 10% per annum from October 30, 2006 onwards till the date of the payment of consideration of this Open Offer, to all the Original Shareholders holding Eligible Equity Shares as explained in para 7.3.1 of this Draft Letter of Offer.
