EEA Regulated Market definition

EEA Regulated Market means a market as defined by Article 4.1(21) of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments, as amended;
EEA Regulated Market means a market as defined by Article 4.1(14) of Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets on financial instruments;
EEA Regulated Market means a market as defined by Article 4.1(14) of Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets on financial instruments.

  • Application has been made for the Notes to be listed on the bond market and traded on the EEA Regulated Market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

  • The Issuer undertakes to use its reasonable endeavours to cause the Bonds to be admitted to trading on an EEA Regulated Market (the “Admission”) no later than 25 July 2019 and use its reasonable endeavours to maintain such Admission for so long as any of the Bonds remain outstanding.

EEA Regulated Market means a market which complies with the requirements set out in Article 4.1 (21) of Directive 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments;
