Borrower hereby represents that all representations and warranties contained in Article 5 of the Credit Agreement (except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly speak as of a prior date, in which case they were true and correct in all material respects on and as of such earlier date) are and will be true and correct in all material respects on and as of the Amendment No. 6 Effective Date and reaffirms all covenants set forth therein.
Effective on (and subject to the occurrence of) the Amendment No. 6 Effective Date, the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in accordance with this Part II.
