Initial Participation Date definition

Initial Participation Date. The date one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Preliminary Agreement Date, unless it is extended by written agreement of the Settling Distributors and the Enforcement Committee.
Initial Participation Date means the date by which Litigating Subdivisions must join to become initial Participating Subdivisions. The Initial Participation Date shall be 30 days after the Execution Date. The Parties may alter the Initial Participation Date by mutual written agreement.
