Examples of Amendment No. 3 Effective Date in a sentence
From and after the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement,” “hereunder,” “hereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement and each reference in the Credit Documents to “the Credit Agreement,” “thereunder,” “thereof” or words of like import referring to the Credit Agreement, shall mean and be a reference to the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment.
On and after the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date, this Amendment shall constitute a “Credit Document” for all purposes of the Amended Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
Each reference to “this Agreement”, “hereof”, “hereunder”, “herein” and “hereby” and each other similar reference in the Credit Agreement, and each reference in any other Loan Document to “the Credit Agreement”, “thereof”, “thereunder”, “therein” or “thereby” or other similar reference to the Credit Agreement, shall, after the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date (as defined in Section 11 of this Amendment), refer to the Credit Agreement as amended hereby.
On and after the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date, the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be governed by the Credit Agreement as amended by this Amendment; provided that the rights and obligations of the parties to the Credit Agreement with respect to the period prior to the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date shall continue to be governed by the provisions of the Credit Agreement prior to giving effect to this Amendment.
Effective as of the Amendment No. 3 Effective Date, the Agreement shall be amended as follows: The parties hereby agree to amend Specification 12 by adding the following new text immediately after the “Community Registration Policies” header and before the “Eligibility” section of Specification 12 of the Agreement: [START NEW TEXT] Registry Operator shall implement and comply with all community registration policies described below and/or attached to this Specification 12.
