Distributable Value definition

Distributable Value means the value of the Parent Shares and the Subscription Rights.
Distributable Value means (i) with respect to FENOC, the FENOC Distributable Value, (ii) with respect to FES, the FES Distributable Value, (iii) with respect to FG, the FG Distributable Value, (iv) with respect to FGMUC, the FGMUC Distributable Value, and (v) with respect to NG, the NG Distributable Value.
Distributable Value means the sum of the pre-tax value, determined in accordance with Schedule 4.5(b), of any allocated Tax Credits, Distributable Cash or other property to be Distributed by the Company to its Members.

More Definitions of Distributable Value

Distributable Value means, as to a Proponent Debtor, the value of assets available to holders of General Unsecured Claims and Debtor Intercompany Claims, including the recovery on Debtor Intercompany Claim receivables held by a particular Debtor, after reduction for Distributions made to holders of Administrative Expense Claims (including postpetition Debtor Intercompany Claims), Priority Tax Claims, Non-Tax Priority Claims, Secured Claims and Convenience Class Claims.
Distributable Value means all proceeds from the Sale Transaction and all other cash on hand and other assets of the Debtors on the Plan Effective Date (or such applicable later date) after taking into account the Wind-Down Budget.
Distributable Value means Net Komanoff Proceeds and Net LBMC Proceeds, in the aggregate, available for distribution to Non-PBGC General Unsecured Creditors.

Distributable Value means the consideration available for distribution to holders of Allowed Claims under the Plan, excluding the Litigation Trust Assets.
Distributable Value shall include cash, securities and other consideration distributed to pre-petition secured, priority and unsecured creditors and shareholders. Distributable Value will not include cure payments paid as part of a confirmed Plan of Reorganization or Sale, or cash or securities distributed or to be distributed to Liberty Mutual Insurance Company ("Liberty") as part of a confirmed Plan of Reorganization or Sale, or any proceeds or consideration realized from the diminution or application of collateral which otherwise secures any pre- or post-petition liquidated, unliquidated or contingent claims of Liberty. The determination of Distributable Value will be agreed to by advisors for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, Lehman Brothers, Inc., Congress Financial Corporation, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, and the Debtors. If these parties cannot agree on the valuation, the Court shall determine the appropriate valuation.
Distributable Value means, as of the date of determination, the amount equal to Total Capitalization minus the aggregate amount of the Obligations.
