Distributable Cash definition
Distributable Cash means, as of any relevant date on which a determination is being made by the Manager regarding a potential distribution pursuant to Section 4.01(a), the amount of cash that could be distributed by the Company for such purposes in accordance with the Credit Agreements (and without otherwise violating any applicable provisions of any of the Credit Agreements).
Distributable Cash means all cash, revenues and funds received by the Company from Company operations, less the sum of the following to the extent paid or set aside by the Company: (i) all principal and interest payments on indebtedness of the Company and all other sums paid to lenders; (ii) all cash expenditures incurred in the operation of the Company’s business; and (iii) such Reserves as the Board deems reasonably necessary for the proper operation of the Company’s business.
Distributable Cash means net proceeds after any management fee and sufficient working capital and related reserves. The Series Daring Dancer 20 Manager shall evaluate Distributable Cash quarterly or at more frequent intervals, in its sole discretion. The amount of Distributable Cash shall be determined in the sole discretion of the Series Manager. Distributions of Distributable Cash to members of Series Daring Dancer 20, when made, will be allocated among them in proportion to their Membership Interests in the Series.

Thereafter, the Class A and Class B Members shall receive twenty percent (20%) and the Class M Members shall receive eighty percent (80%) of any remaining Distributable Cash ratably apportioned according to their Membership Interests.

More Definitions of Distributable Cash
Distributable Cash means the amount of cash which the Manager deems available for distribution to the Member, taking into account all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Company then due and amounts which the Manager deems necessary to place into reserves for customary, usual and reasonably foreseeable claims with respect to the Business.
Distributable Cash for any Fiscal Year shall mean the gross cash proceeds from Trust activities, less the portion thereof used to pay or establish Reserves, plus such portion of the Reserves as the Trustees, in their sole discretion, no longer deem necessary to be held as Reserves. Distributable Cash shall not be reduced by depreciation, amortization, cost recovery deductions, or similar allowances.
Distributable Cash means all cash of the Company that the Managers determine is available for distribution to the Member after the payment or provision for payment by the Company of all expenses incurred by the Company and in collecting any amounts then owed to the Company and so attributable.
Distributable Cash means, with respect to any period, all cash revenues of the Partnership (not including (i) Capital Contributions, (ii) funds received by the Partnership in respect of indebtedness incurred by the Partnership, (iii) interest or other income earned on temporary investments of Partnership funds pending utilization, and (iv) proceeds from any Capital Transaction), less the sum of the following: (x) all amounts expended by the Partnership pursuant to this Agreement in such period and (y) such working capital or reserves or other amounts as the General Partner reasonably deems to be necessary or appropriate for the proper operation of the Partnership’s business or its winding up and liquidation. The General Partner in its sole discretion may from time to time declare other funds of the Partnership to be Distributable Cash.
Distributable Cash means, at any time, the excess, if any, of cash on hand over the amount of cash reasonably necessary for the conduct of the Company's business, as determined by the Members.
Distributable Cash means all cash of the Company derived from Company operations or Capital Transactions and miscellaneous sources (whether or not in the ordinary course of business) reduced by: (a) the amount necessary for the payment of all current installments of interest and/or principal due and owing with respect to third-party debts and liabilities of the Company during such period, including but not limited to any real estate commissions, property management fees, marketing fees, utilities, closing costs, holding costs, construction costs, etc., incurred by or on behalf of the Company; (b) the repayment of Advances, plus interest thereon; and (c) such additional reasonable amounts as the Manager, in the exercise of sound business judgment, determines to be necessary or desirable as a “Reserve” for the operation of the business and future or contingent liabilities of the Company. Distributable Cash may be generated through either operations or Capital Transactions. Distribution, Distributions or Cash Distributions shall mean the disbursement of cash or other property to the Manager or Members in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Distributable Cash means cash received by the Partnership from dividends and distributions or other income, other than cash reserves to account for reasonably anticipated expenses and other liabilities, including, without limitation, tax liabilities, as the General Partner may determine to be appropriate.
