Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve means the reserve established pursuant to Article 7.1(c) of the Plan, which reserve shall contain amounts relating to Disputed General Unsecured Claims.

Examples of Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve in a sentence

Once the Disputed General Unsecured Claims have been resolved, the Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve shall be dissolved.
Such reserved amounts, collectively, shall constitute the "Disputed General Unsecured Claims Reserve".
