Disbursing Agent definition
Disbursing Agent means the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, or the Entity or Entities selected by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors to make or facilitate distributions contemplated under the Plan.
Disbursing Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

Disbursing Agent means the disbursing agent(s) appointed pursuant to Section V.A.
