Disbursing Agent definition

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtors or the Entity or Entities selected by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, to make or facilitate distributions pursuant to the Plan.
Disbursing Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).
Disbursing Agent means the disbursing agent(s) appointed pursuant to Section V.A.

Examples of Disbursing Agent in a sentence

  • Commencing upon the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtor, the Committee or the Disbursing Agent, as applicable, shall be authorized and directed to distribute the amounts required under this Plan to the holders of Allowed Claims according to the provisions of the Plan.

  • On or as soon as practical following the Effective Date, the Claims Reserve Account shall be opened and held by the Disbursing Agent and funded by the Unsecured Creditor Contribution, which funds (minus Plan Expenses) shall be held for the benefit of holders of Allowed Unsecured Claims.

More Definitions of Disbursing Agent

Disbursing Agent means the Debtors or the Plan Administrator (as applicable), or the Entity or Entities selected by the Debtors or the Plan Administrator to make or facilitate distributions contemplated under the Plan.
Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtor or the Entity or Entities chosen by the Reorganized Debtor to make or facilitate distributions pursuant to the Plan.
Disbursing Agent means, as applicable, the Reorganized Debtors or any Entity the Reorganized Debtors select to make or to facilitate distributions in accordance with the Plan, which Entity may include the Claims and Noticing Agent.
