Disbursing Agent definition

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtors or the Entity or Entities selected by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, to make or facilitate distributions pursuant to the Plan.

Disbursing Agent has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

Disbursing Agent means the disbursing agent(s) appointed pursuant to Section V.A.

Examples of Disbursing Agent in a sentence

• Commencing upon the Effective Date, the Reorganized Debtor, the Committee or the Disbursing Agent, as applicable, shall be authorized and directed to distribute the amounts required under this Plan to the holders of Allowed Claims according to the provisions of the Plan.

• On or as soon as practical following the Effective Date, the Claims Reserve Account shall be opened and held by the Disbursing Agent and funded by the Unsecured Creditor Contribution, which funds (minus Plan Expenses) shall be held for the benefit of holders of Allowed Unsecured Claims.

• The funds allocated to Disputed Claims that are asserted as Unsecured Claims will not be distributed, but will be held in the Claims Reserve Account by the Disbursing Agent in accordance with this Plan pending resolution of such Disputed Claims.

• Payments to Holders of Class 4 Unsecured Claims will be made by the Disbursing Agent in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 5 hereof.

• The Reorganized Debtor shall have no obligations or duties whatsoever, including but not limited to, any fees, taxes, tax reporting or filings with any governmental authority, with respect to the Claims Reserve Account or its administration, which obligations and duties shall be solely vested with the Committee and the Disbursing Agent.

More Definitions of Disbursing Agent

Disbursing Agent means the Debtors or the Plan Administrator (as applicable), or the Entity or Entities selected by the Debtors or the Plan Administrator to make or facilitate distributions contemplated under the Plan.

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtor or the Entity or Entities chosen by the Reorganized Debtor to make or facilitate distributions pursuant to the Plan.

Disbursing Agent means, as applicable, the Reorganized Debtors or any Entity the Reorganized Debtors select to make or to facilitate distributions in accordance with the Plan, which Entity may include the Claims and Noticing Agent.

Disbursing Agent means any Entity (including any applicable Debtor or Reorganized Debtor if it acts in such capacity) in its capacity as a disbursing agent under Article VI of the Plan.

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtors or any party designated by the Reorganized Debtors, in their sole discretion, to serve as disbursing agent under the Plan.

Disbursing Agent means the Reorganized Debtors or the Entity or Entities authorized to make or facilitate distributions under the Plan as selected by the Debtors or the Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, in consultation with the Plan Sponsors and the TCEH Supporting First Lien Creditors, provided that (a) the EFH Notes Trustee shall be the Disbursing Agent for Classes A4, A5, A6, and B5; and (b) the EFIH Unsecured Notes Trustee shall be the Disbursing Agent for distributions to Holders of EFIH Unsecured Note Claims.

Disbursing Agent means any entity in its capacity as a disbursing agent under Section 8.2 hereof.
