Discount Note Indenture definition

Discount Note Indenture means the indenture pursuant to which the Discount Notes are issued, as such indenture may be amended from time to time to the extent permitted under subsection 7.14B.
Discount Note Indenture means, on any date, the Indenture relating to the Discount Notes, as originally in effect on the Effective Date, among Holdings, Capital and the Discount Note Indenture Trustee and as thereafter from time to time amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement.
