Direct Agreement definition

Direct Agreement means any agreement made, or to be made, from time to time between the Secretary of State and the counterparty of a Key Contract in relation to such Key Contract, including any agreement entered into by the Secretary of State under Schedule 14.3 (Key Contracts);

  • Subject to the preceding, in the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of a Support Agreement and/or a Direct Agreement concluded between the Parties or between the Parties and a third party, the provisions of the Support Agreement and the Direct Agreement shall prevail.
