PPP contract definition

PPP contract means a mutually binding contract or contracts concluded between the contracting authority and private partner that set(s) forth the terms and conditions for implementing a PPP, in accordance with the requirements and procedures provided by this law;
PPP contract means any formal written agreement entered into between the Contracting Authority and a Private Party under this Act for the implementation of a PPP Project or PPP arrangement;
PPP contract means the mutually binding agreement or agreements between the contracting authority and the private partner that set forth the terms and conditions for the implementation of a PPP;
