DIP Collateral Agent definition

DIP Collateral Agent means the “Collateral Agent” as defined in the DIP Credit Agreement.
DIP Collateral Agent means the Standard Chartered Bank as collateral agent under the DIP Intercreditor Agreement.
DIP Collateral Agent means the administrative agent, collateral agent or trustee, as applicable, under any DIP Facility.
