Development and Commercialization definition

Development and Commercialization shall have the meaning set forth in Article 3.1.

Examples of Development and Commercialization in a sentence

  • As of the Effective Date, Licensee shall be solely responsible for the Development and Commercialization, including all costs thereof, of the Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory.

  • Each Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time or may designate different Alliance Managers with respect to Development and Commercialization matters, respectively, by notice in writing to the other Party.

  • In all matters related to the Collaboration, the Parties shall strive to balance as best they can the legitimate interests and concerns of the Parties and to realize the full economic potential of each Product (taking into account the risks and costs of further Development and Commercialization).

Related to Development and Commercialization

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
