Designated Support Contact definition

Designated Support Contact is defined as: for Customer Hosted Software: as specified in Table 2.1; and for Vocera Hosted Services: Any authorized administrator or user of the Vocera Hosted Service.
Designated Support Contact means any Customer employee appointed by Customer who has been trained and certified by MobileIron to be a primary Customer contact with MobileIron for support services.
Designated Support Contact means a member of Agilos, technical support team who is capable of managing the End User’s Support Cases(s). Agilos may, in its sole discretion, assign an End User a different Designated Support Contact at any time.
