Designated Rating Agency definition

Designated Rating Agency means S&P, Xxxxx’x and/or Fitch.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this deed or any other Transaction Document, the Note Trustee shall have no responsibility for the maintenance of any rating of the Class A Notes by a Designated Rating Agency or any other credit-rating agency or any other person.

  • The Chargor may only assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under this deed or any Collateral Security in accordance with the Transaction Documents and if prior notice has been given to each Designated Rating Agency and such assignment or transfer has no adverse effect on the ratings of the Notes.

More Definitions of Designated Rating Agency

Designated Rating Agency means any one of Moody's Investors Service Pty Limited and Fitch Australia Pty Limited (each, a Designated Rating Agency) or their successors, to the extent they provide ratings in respect of the Covered Bonds.
Designated Rating Agency means any one of the foregoing. Until such time as the Parent shall have delivered a Rating Agency Designation to the Administrative Agent, the Designated Rating Agencies shall be S&P and Fitch.
