Note Rating Agency has the meaning specified in the Indenture.
Note Rating Agency means Standard & Poor’s or Fitch.

  • If at any time the Class C Reserve Account ceases to be an Eligible Deposit Account, the Indenture Trustee (or the Servicer on its behalf) shall within ten Business Days (or such longer period, so long as the Note Rating Agency Condition is satisfied) establish a new Class C Reserve Account meeting the conditions specified above as an Eligible Deposit Account, and shall transfer any funds or other property to such new Class C Reserve Account.

Note Rating Agency means the nationally recognized statistical rating organization or organizations, if any, selected by RFC VIII and any other Transferor to rate any securities issued by the Trust.
