The School District will not take or omit to take any action which action or omission will in any way cause the proceeds of the Authority Bonds advanced to it to be applied in a manner contrary to that provided in the Master Resolution and the Arbitrage and Use of Proceeds Certificate as each are in force from time to time.
All terms which are defined in the Master Resolution or the Supplemental Resolution shall have the same meanings, respectively, herein as such terms are given in such Resolutions.
In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Financing Agreement and the provisions of the Master Resolution and the Supplemental Resolution, the provisions of the Master Resolution and Supplemental Resolution shall take precedence.
