Specified Rating Agencies definition

Specified Rating Agencies means each of Moody’s, S&P and DBRS as long as, in each case, it has not ceased to rate the Notes or failed to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control; provided that if one or more of Moody’s, S&P or DBRS ceases to rate the Notes or fails to make a rating of the Notes publicly available for reasons outside of the Issuer’s control, the Issuer may select any other “designated rating organization” within the meaning of National Instrument 41-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators as a replacement agency for such one or more of them, as the case may be.
Specified Rating Agencies means each of Moody's, S&P and DBRS as long as, in each case, it has not ceased to rate the relevant series of debentures, as the case may be, or failed to make a rating of the relevant series of debentures publicly available for reasons outside of Bell Canada's control; provided that if one or more of Moody's, S&P or DBRS ceases to rate the relevant series of debentures, or fails to make a rating of the relevant series of debentures publicly available for reasons outside of Bell Canada's control, Bell Canada may select any other "designated rating organization" within the meaning of National Instrument 41-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators as a replacement agency for such one or more of them, as the case may be.
Specified Rating Agencies means each of Moody’s Investors Service, Inc., S&P, DBRS and Fitch Ratings Inc. as long as, in each case, it has not ceased to rate the Debentures of the particular series or failed to make a rating of Debentures of the particular series publicly available for reasons outside of the Trust’s control; provided that if one or more of Moody’s Investors Service, Inc., S&P, DBRS or Fitch Ratings Inc. ceases to rate the applicable series of Debentures or fails to make a rating of the applicable series of Debentures publicly available for reasons outside of the Trust’s control, the Trust may select any other “designated rating organization” within the meaning of National Instrument 41-101 — General Prospectus Requirements as a replacement agency for such one or more of them, as the case may be; and “Specified Rating Agency” means any one of them.
