Support Facility Provider definition

Support Facility Provider means the person or persons providing any applicable Support Facility to the Trustee as trustee of the Series Trust.
Support Facility Provider means, in relation to a Trust, any person who has entered into or agreed to make available a Support Facility (other than a Mortgage Insurance Policy) to the Trustee in relation to that Trust.
