For so long as the Issuer's short-term unsecured, unsubordinated and unguaranteed debt obligations are rated at least F1 by Fitch or its long term, unsecured, unsubordinated and unguaranteed debt obligations are rated at least A by Fitch (the Fitch Specified Ratings) and the Issuer has a short-term deposit rating of at least P-1 by Moody's (the Moody's Specified Rating), the Reserve Fund Required Amount is nil (or such other amount as the Issuer notifies the Covered Bond Guarantor).
