Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (c) the Collateral Invested Amount as of such date.

Invested Amount means, when used with respect to any Business Day, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such Business Day, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such Business Day, (c) the Class C Invested Amount as of such Business Day and (d) the Class D Invested Amount as of such Business Day.
