Delivery Point MDQ definition

Delivery Point MDQ means the MDQ established by the User for that Delivery Point. Where gas is to be delivered to only one Delivery Point under a Service Agreement, the User’s MDQ will be taken to be the Delivery Point MDQ.
Delivery Point MDQ means the maximum quantity of gas which the Service Provider is obligated to deliver on any day at each Delivery Point to or for the account of a User under the Gas Transportation Agreement between the Service Provider and the User.
Delivery Point MDQ means the maximum quantity of gas that the Shipper may require Epic Energy to deliver on a Day at a single Delivery Point as specified in the Access Contract;

Examples of Delivery Point MDQ in a sentence

  • Delivery Point MDQ means the MDQ applicable to a particular Delivery Point.

  • Service Provider may determine that the relevant Receipt Point MDQ or Delivery Point MDQ under the Transportation Agreement for the remainder of that Contract Year will be equal to the average of the 12 highest daily quantities of Gas delivered or received (as the case may be) made by the User during that Contract Year and the Charges payable by the User will be adjusted accordingly.

  • An Authorised Overrun is requested by the User as part of the User’s Nomination for the Firm Service by the User requesting an amount greater than the User’s Firm MDQ or relevant Receipt Point or Delivery Point MDQ (as the case may be).

  • If the Delivery Point MDQ for a Delivery Point is substituted, the amount payable under the Transportation Agreement will be no less than what was payable prior to the substitutions having been made.

  • The User may, by giving at least 45 Gas Days written notice before the proposed change, request substitution of all or part of an existing Receipt Point MDQ for a Receipt Point or Delivery Point MDQ for a Delivery Point to another Receipt Point or Delivery Point (respectively) provided the proposed substitution is to a Receipt Point or Delivery Point which has all the necessary facilities required to be located at the applicable Receipt Point or Delivery Point.

  • An Authorised Overrun is requested by the User as part of the User’s Nomination for the relevant Reference Service by the User requesting an amount greater than the User’s Firm MDQ or relevant Receipt Point or Delivery Point MDQ (as the case may be), which amount must not be greater than 120% of User’s Firm MDQ or relevant Receipt Point or Delivery Point MDQ (as the case may be).

  • The aggregate of the Receipt Point MDQ or Delivery Point MDQ (as the case may be) for each Receipt Point or Delivery Point for the Service does not exceed the aggregate of the Shipper’s Receipt Point MDQ or Delivery Point MDQ prior to the inclusion of the additional Receipt Point or Delivery Point.

  • An Authorised Overrun is requested by the User as part of the User’s Nomination for the Long Term Firm Service by the User requesting an amount greater than the User’s Firm MDQ or relevant Receipt Point or Delivery Point MDQ (as the case may be), which amount must not be greater than 120% of User’s Firm MDQ or relevant Receipt Point or Delivery Point MDQ (as the case may be).

  • Users are also charged based on the required daily throughput to be delivered to each Delivery Point (MDQ).

Related to Delivery Point MDQ

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB) refers to the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-xxxx environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Meet-Point Billing (MPB means the billing associated with interconnection of facilities between two (2) or more LECs for the routing of traffic to and from an IXC with which one of the LECs does not have a direct connection. In a multi-bill environment, each Party bills the appropriate tariffed rate for its portion of a jointly provided Switched Exchange Access Service.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Transporter means a person engaged in the off-site transportation of hazardous waste by air, rail, highway, or water.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Meet Point A point, designated by the Parties, at which one Party’s responsibility for service begins and the other Party’s responsibility ends.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Bulk mixing plant means machinery, appliances or other similar devices that are assembled in such a manner so as to be able to mix materials in bulk for the purposes of using the mixed product for construction work;

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Gatherer As defined in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;
