Deemed Investment Option definition

Deemed Investment Option means some or all of the investment options designated by the Administrator for purposes of the Qualified 401(k) Plan, as may be changed from time to time. Each Participant shall designate the Deemed Investment Options pursuant to which deemed earnings (or losses) shall be credited to the Participant’s Account in accordance with Article VI.
Deemed Investment Option means the deemed investment options as designated by the Investment Committee for purposes of the Plan, as may be changed from time to time. Each Participant shall designate the Deemed Investment Options pursuant to which deemed earnings (or losses) shall be credited to the Participant’s Account(s) in accordance with Article V.
Deemed Investment Option means the investment options available from time to time under the Qualified Plan in respect of new contributions under the Qualified Plan.

More Definitions of Deemed Investment Option

Deemed Investment Option means the deemed rate of return with respect to the investment funds as may from time to time be selected by the Plan Administrator in accordance with Section 3.03.
Deemed Investment Option means anotional investment option, rather than an actual investment option.   • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.
