Intra Group Agreement definition

Intra Group Agreement or “IGA” means the BCR agreement as attached in Appendix 1 and any BCR Acceptation agreement (referred to in Schedule 2 of Appendix 1) of the AXA Group Binding Corporate Rules to be signed or signed by BCR AXA Companies.

Intra Group Agreement means the Intra-Group Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto, to be duly executed and delivered if and when required by Section 8.1.11 by Authorized Persons of each Borrower that is a Guarantor, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

More Definitions of Intra Group Agreement

Intra Group Agreement means any binding contract, agreement, licence or commitment between or among any Group Company on the one hand and a member of the Retained Group on the other hand;
