Hosting Facilities. University may select or restrict where University Data will be stored and where University Data can be Processed, and the Vendor will store and/or Process it there in accordance with the service terms. If a data location selection is not covered by the service terms (or a data location selection is not made by University with respect to any University Data), the Vendor will default to a United States-based data location in the selection of University storage or processing facilities. Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, this requirement does not apply to indirect or “overhead” services, redundant back-up services or services that are incidental to the performance of this Agreement. This provision applies to work performed by subcontractors at all tiers and to all University Data.

It provides T1 Internet access, firewall security, physical security, and immediate proximity to Pandesic technicians. T1 redundancy and UPS capabilities are currently being evaluated for installation.

Hosting Facilities. LeanDNA shall host the Content and Applications at geographically distributed hosting facilities in the United States whose services include secure data centers, infrastructure, redundant bandwidth peering, redundant power with backup generators, and environmental control systems. Hosting Facilities shall maintain annual SSAE 16 SOC 2 audits, ISO 27001:2005 security standard certification or substantial conformity with ISO 27002 code of practice or similar.
Hosting Facilities a. eSignLive shall host equipment used to provide the Services in a physically secure area with access restricted to authorized personnel, herein referred to as “Hosting Facilities”. Hosting Facilities shall have adequate physical security measures such as, but not limited to, perimeter controls which include a provision to detect unauthorized access, access logging, strong authentication, video surveillance and visitor sign-in.

The hosting equipment shall be installed in a purpose built, Tier 4, fully ISO27001 accredited hosting environment with built in data replication across two UK datacentre locations. The facilities have 24×7×365 on-site security, manned entry, 3 metre perimeter walls, video surveillance, access card entry, biometric scanners & man traps; as well as climate control, fire suppression, and managed power supply with an uninterruptable power supply and generator back-up. All equipment is stored within secure racks on encrypted ‘Enterprise’ class databases, with IDS/IPS and Cisco Firewalls. INTERNET CONNECTIVITY The Customer shall be responsible for supplying its own internet connection service. The Customer shall, and shall ensure that its Authorised Users shall, have internet access in order to access the Software and/or services. The Supplier shall supply burstable bandwidth connectivity services. The connectivity shall include multiple connections and a network operations centre that monitors servers, the network platform and internet access. The internet connectivity provided by the Supplier shall not be less than 100MB per second, burstable to a maximum of 1GB per second.
