Customer Not Ready Charge definition

Customer Not Ready Charge means a charge set forth in the applicable Product Supplement or in the applicable Service Order that Buyer must pay to Seller with regard to Buyer's refusal, failure or inability to permit the representatives of Seller or third parties to deliver the applicable Service, including without limitation (a) the failure of Buyer or its Users to have any necessary equipment in place for Seller to provide the Service or (b) the refusal, failure or inability of Buyer or its Users to permit Seller or such third parties to install any necessary equipment, to activate a circuit, to cross connect facilities that are necessary to provide the Service, or to otherwise complete its obligations. "Errored Seconds" shall have the meaning set forth in the definitions regarding path performance monitoring established by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Tl .231-1997 .

  • This charge will be the sum of the applicable Service Order charge as provided in the Pricing Attachment and the Customer Not Ready Charge provided for in the Pricing Attachment (or, in the absence of a Customer Not Ready Charge, the Premises Visit Charge as provided in Verizon’s applicable retail or wholesale Tariff or in the Pricing Attachment).

  • Customer Not Ready Charge - A Customer Not Ready charge may occur if the technician reports “customer turn away” or “no access” on a trouble ticket report.

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.

  • Usual and Customary Charges means those comparable charges for similar treatment, services and supplies in the geographic area where treatment is performed.

  • PSTN means the Public Switched Telephone Network.

  • Contracted Vendors means all vendors who contract or who have contracted with the Owners pursuant to Bid No. 17-245 for Annual Supply - Power and Hand Tools.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

  • Reasonable and Customary Charges means the charges for services or supplies, which are the standard charges for the specific provider and consistent with the prevailing charges in the geographical area for identical or similar services, taking into account the nature of the illness / injury involved.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.
