Management Charge definition
Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of half (0.5) percent of all Charges for the Services invoiced to the Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Contract;
Management Charge means the sum payable by the Supplier to the Authority in accordance with Clause FW-27 (Management Charge) of the Framework Agreement;
Management Charge means the sum paid by the Supplier to the Authority being an amount of 0.5% of all Charges for the G-Cloud Services invoiced to Other Contracting Bodies (net of VAT) in each Month throughout the Term and thereafter until the expiry or earlier termination of any Call-Off Agreement;

In addition to the Management Charge, the Supplier shall pay the VAT on the Management Charge at the rate and in the manner prescribed by Law from time to time.
For the avoidance of doubt, all Call Off Agreements shall remain in force unless and until they are terminated or expire in accordance with the provisions of the Call Off Agreement and the Supplier shall continue to pay any Management Charge due to the Authority in relation to such Call Off Agreements, notwithstanding the termination or expiry of this Framework Agreement.

Management Charge the sum specified in the Framework Award Form payable by the Supplier to CCS in accordance with Framework Schedule 5 (Management Charges and Information);
