Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees definition

Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees means the committees established by ISDA for purposes of reaching certain DC Resolutions in connection with credit derivative transactions, as more fully described in the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees Rules, as published by ISDA on its website at www.isda.org (or any successor website thereto) from time to time and as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof (the "Rules").
Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees means the committees established by ISDA for purposes of reaching certain DC Resolutions in connection with Credit Derivative Transactions, as more fully described in the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees Rules set forth in Annex A to the 2009 ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees and Auction Settlement Supplement to the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions (published on March 12, 2009), as amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof (the "Rules").
Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees means the committees established ISDA for the purposes of making certain determinations in connection with credit derivative transactions, as more fully described in the DC Rules.

Examples of Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees in a sentence

  • In making any determination with respect to a credit event or a succession event, the Calculation Agent under the Swap may have regard to announcements, determinations and resolutions made by ISDA and/or the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees.

  • Holders will have no control over the process for selecting institutions to participate on the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees and, to the extent provided for in the Securities, will be subject to the determinations made by such selected institutions in accordance with such rules.

  • In certain circumstances, the Securities may be subject to the announcements, determinations and resolutions made by ISDA and/or the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees.

  • Holders will not be able to refer questions to the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees Holders, in their capacity as Holders of the Securities, will not have the ability to refer questions to an ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee since the Securities are not a credit default swap transaction and the Securities do not otherwise allow for such referral.

  • Holders should also be aware that member institutions of the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees have no duty to research or verify the veracity of information on which a specific determination is based.

  • Holders will have no role in the composition of the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees Separate criteria will apply to the selection of dealer and non-dealer institutions to serve on the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees, and Holders will have no role in establishing such criteria.

  • The Calculation Agent under the Swap has no duty to the Holders to refer specific questions to the ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committees.

Determinations of such committees (which are likely to include the Issuer or affiliates) will be binding on Noteholders if the Calculation Agent elects to apply such determinations for the purposes of the Credit Linked Notes.
