COVID-19 Precautions definition

COVID-19 Precautions means any and all precautions Bank has taken or may take, at Bank’s sole discretion, related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including, but not limited to, requirements mandated by local, state and federal agencies, rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances and executive orders related to, among other things, social distancing, gatherings and access to {Clients/1521/00383953.DOCX/7 }66 buildings, including requiring third parties to use personal protective equipment, requiring third parties to comply with temperature checks and refusing to allow third parties into a branch office if the party appears to display any symptoms related to COVID-19.
COVID-19 Precautions. While The Xxxxxxx Center typically handles housekeeping/cleaning, Renters accept responsibility for any additional cleaning thought to be necessary in order to minimize potential risk and/or exposure due to COVID-19. The Xxxxxxx Center encourages all Renters to adhere to healthy and safe practices, including but not limited to the following practices often cited by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC): frequent handwashing and sanitization of commonly-used items and spaces, social distancing (i.e., minimum 6 feet apart), and mask-wearing. NOTE: The Renter may not clean with any product that would, in any way, mar or damage the building or its contents (e.g., undiluted bleach, etc.).
