Core Patents definition

Core Patents means the patents and patent application expressly listed in Exhibit E. “Development Plan” shall have the meaning given to it in Section 5.1.

  • BioLine shall be obligated to prosecute and maintain the Core Patents.

More Definitions of Core Patents

Core Patents means (a) all ChemoCentryx Patents that have a priority date on or before the Effective Date and (b) any ChemoCentryx Patents claiming Product Technology that is then being used in or with the Product that is then being Developed or Commercialized.
