Core Operations means the activities, duties, obligations and responsibilities of the Operating Company set out in this Contract that are not Ordered Operations.

• The parties may, for their mutual benefit in the course of negotiating and implementing the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, exchange information which is of a non-public proprietary or confidential nature to the disclosing party which, by way of example but not limitation, may include information related to Core Operations, Power Trading Transactions, business practices, strategies or approaches, Capital Accounts, Net Income and Net Losses (the "CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION").
