Entertainment Group definition

Entertainment Group means, with respect to any taxable period, the corporations that were members of the SFX Affiliated Group and that are members of the Entertainment Affiliated Group immediately after the Distribution Date, including, without limitation, Entertainment.
Entertainment Group shall have the meaning set forth for that term in the Security Agreement made the date hereof by the Borrower in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders.
Entertainment Group means all Entertainment Employees and Entertainment Retirees, including their respective beneficiaries.

More Definitions of Entertainment Group

Entertainment Group means Entertainment and each Person (other than a member of the CCU Group) that is an Affiliate of Entertainment immediately following the Distribution; provided that any Delayed Transfer Asset that is transferred to Entertainment at any time following the Distribution shall, to the extent applicable, and from and after the Distribution, be considered part of the Entertainment Group for all purposes of this Agreement.

  • Entertainment generally means the attendance by you and your hosts or guests at a meal, sporting event, theater production, or comparable event and also might include travel to, or accommodation expenses at, a conference or an out-of-town event.

  • Business Entertainment means an Access Person’s participation in lunches, dinners, cocktail parties, sporting activities or similar business gatherings conducted for business purposes. Business Entertainment is not a Gift.

  • Adult entertainment means any exhibition of any adult-oriented: motion pictures, live performance, computer or CD Rom generated images, displays of adult-oriented images or performances derived or taken from the internet, displays or dance of any type, which has a substantial portion of such performance any actual or simulated performance of specified sexual activities or exhibition and viewing of specified anatomical areas, removal or partial removal of articles of clothing or appearing unclothed, pantomime, modeling, or any other personal service offered customers.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.
