Mining Operations definition

Mining Operations means obtaining or extracting any mineral by any mode or method or any purpose directly or indirectly connected therewith or incidental thereto, including—
Mining Operations means any operations undertaken for the purpose of winning any mineral;
Mining Operations means any mode or method of working whereby the earth or any rock structure stone fluid or mineral bearing substance may be disturbed removed washed sifted crushed leached roasted distilled evaporated smelted or refined or dealt with for the purpose of obtaining any mineral therefrom whether it has been previously disturbed or not and includes —

  • Before commencement of Development or Mining Operations on the Lease Area, Lessee shall establish a fund to be used for anticipated future costs of reclaiming the Lease Area; costs of treating, storing, or disposing of hazardous substances in accordance with all applicable Laws; and costs of otherwise complying with all Environmental Laws and regulations applicable to such operations.

  • All Data generated from Exploration Activities, Development and Mining Operations on the Lease Area or within the Area of Interest shall belong jointly to the Parties hereto during the Term of this Lease and either Party shall have the full and free right to use the Data for its sole interest and benefit, subject to the provisions of Section 17.

More Definitions of Mining Operations

Mining Operations means operations carried out in the course of mining;
Mining Operations means any operations carried on for the purpose of producing Mine Product.
Mining Operations includes: (i) every kind of work done on or with respect to the Property by or under the direction of the Optionee during the Option Period or pursuant to an approved Work Program; and (ii) without limiting the generality of the foregoing, including all work capable of receiving assessment credits pursuant to the Mines and Minerals act of Nevada and the work of assessment, geophysical, geochemical and geological surveys, studies and mapping, investigating, drilling, designing, examining equipping, improving, surveying, shaft sinking, raising, cross-cutting and drifting, searching for, digging, trucking, sampling, working and procuring minerals, ores and metals, in surveying and bringing any mineral claims to lease or patent, in doing all other work usually considered to be prospecting, exploration, development, a feasibility study, mining work, milling concentration, beneficiation or ores and concentrates, as well as the separation and extraction of Mineral Products and all reclamation, restoration and permitting activities;
Mining Operations means every kind of work done by the Operator: (i) on or in respect of the Property in accordance with a Program or Production Notice or Operating Plan; or (ii) if not provided for in a Program or Production Notice or Operating Plan, unilaterally and in good faith to maintain the Property in good standing, to prevent waste or to otherwise discharge any obligation which is imposed upon it pursuant to this Agreement and in respect of which the Management Committee has not given it directions; including, without limiting generality, investigating, prospecting, exploring, developing, property maintenance, preparing reports, estimates and studies, designing, equipping, improving, surveying, construction and mining, milling, concentrating, rehabilitation, reclamation, and environmental protection.
Mining Operations means every kind of work and activities carried out on or in respect of the Mining Rights including but without limitation the following:
Mining Operations means the winning and working of minerals in, on or under land, whether by surface or underground working;
Mining Operations means every kind of work done by the Operator: (i) on or in respect of the Property in accordance with a Program or Operating Plan; or (ii) if not provided for in a Program or Operating Plan, unilaterally and in good faith to maintain the Property in good standing, to prevent waste or to otherwise discharge any obligation which is imposed upon it pursuant to this Agreement and in respect of which the Management Committee has not given it directions; including, without limiting generality, investigating, prospecting, exploring, developing, property maintenance, preparing reports, estimates and studies, designing, equipping, improving, surveying, construction and mining, milling, concentrating, rehabilitation, reclamation, and environmental protection.
