Continuation Member definition

Continuation Member means a member who is admitted to membership in terms of Rule 6.2 and 6.3, who has all the rights and obligations of any other member.

  • The spouse of a Coverage Continuation Member described in Section 6.06(c) of this Medical and Dental Benefits Plan.A Former Spouse or Surviving Spouse described in (b), (c) or (d) above shall be considered a Coverage Continuation Member.Section 4.03 Eligible Same Gender Partner.

  • Appreciating their dedication, every year a shield was given to them in the College Day.

  • An individual who waived coverage in accordance with this Section 6.08 is also a Coverage Continuation Member.


More Definitions of Continuation Member

Continuation Member means a Member who retains his membership of the Fund after he retires from the service of a Recognised Institution or whose employment is terminated by a Recognised Institution because of age, ill health or other disability, or a surviving Dependant who becomes the Principal Member after the death of the original Principal Member;
Continuation Member means an existing spouse who becomes the Policyholder after the death of the original Policyholder.
Continuation Member means an active member, an associate member or an affiliate member who retires on attainment of the pension age, or who retires earlier due to ill health, and elects to continue his/her membership of the Union for the purpose of participating in any funds of the Union established in pursuance of Clause 4(9), and pays the subscriptions and fees prescribed in Clause 6(1) and 6(3) hereof, provided that:

  • Continuation Date means any date on which Borrower continues a LIBOR Advance into another Interest Period.

  • Initial Borrowing means the first Borrowing made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Benefits Continuation Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b).

  • Conversion/Continuation Notice is defined in Section 2.9.

  • Continuation Coverage means coverage under a COBRA continuation provision or a similar state program. Coverage provided by a plan that is subject to a COBRA continuation provision or similar state program, but that does not satisfy all the requirements of that provision or program, will be deemed to be continuation coverage if it allows an individual to elect to continue coverage for a period of at least 18 months. Continuation coverage does not include coverage under a conversion policy required to be offered to an individual upon exhaustion of continuation coverage, nor does it include continuation coverage under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program.

  • Continuation/Conversion Notice means a notice of continuation or conversion and certificate duly executed by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto.

  • Notice of Conversion/Continuation means a notice in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

  • Initial Borrowing Date means the date occurring on or after the Effective Date on which the initial Borrowing of Loans occurs.

  • Borrowing means Loans of the same Type, made, converted or continued on the same date and, in the case of Eurodollar Loans, as to which a single Interest Period is in effect.

  • RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the RFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.

  • Committed Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Committed Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.

  • Term SOFR Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest based on the Term SOFR Rate.

  • SOFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the SOFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.

  • Swingline Termination Date means the date which is 7 Business Days prior to the Termination Date.

  • Incremental Term Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Incremental Term Loans.

  • Incremental Term Loan Borrowing Date means, with respect to each Incremental Term Loan, each date on which Incremental Term Loans are incurred pursuant to Section 2.01(b), which date shall be the date of the effectiveness of the respective Incremental Term Loan Commitment Agreement pursuant to which such Incremental Term Loans are to be made.
