Any Construction Staging Area Rent for less than a full twelve-month period shall be prorated based on the actual number of days that Project company used the Construction Staging Area in the applicable period.

The City agrees, at its sole expense, to repair or replace any damage to the Temporary Construction Staging Area which is in any material manner whatsoever damaged, destroyed or removed in connection with the exercise by the City or its agents, contractors or subcontractors of the rights herein granted.
Used motor oil and other such toxic materials must be properly removed from the Temporary Construction Staging Area in a timely manner.
