More Definitions of Construction Completion Deadline

Construction Completion Deadline means the time within which the Completion Date must occur, which shall be December 31, 1999, together with a period of time equal to the period of any delay directly affecting construction which is caused by Force Majeure; provided however, that Borrower shall furnish Agent Bank with written notice satisfactory to Agent Bank evidencing any such delay within ten days from the occurrence of such delay.
