Confirmatory Deed definition

Confirmatory Deed means a Deed made pursuant to Section 106 of the Act which is substantially in the form of the document attached as Appendix 1 which binds to the terms of this Agreement an area of the Site not already bound by it.
Confirmatory Deed means a deed confirming that the Purchaser will be bound by and comply with the Planning Obligations in the form of deed as attached at Appendix 4
Confirmatory Deed means a confirmatory deed pursuant to, as appropriate, section 106 of the Act, section 111 Local Government Act 1972, section 1 of the Localism Act 2011, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, section 156 and Schedule 11 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999, section 16 of the Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1974 and all other relevant powers enabling the Councils and TfL (as the case may be) to enter into the confirmatory deed in substantially the form as attached at Appendix 6 hereto;"Conservation Area Consent"means the conservation area consent granted pursuant to an application for conservation area consent for demolition of buildings in the Barons Court Conservation Area submitted to the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and given reference number 2011/02002/CAC;"Contribution" or "Contributions"means any one or any number of the financial contributions required to be made pursuant to this Deed, each of which shall be Index Linked;"Councils"means together LBHF and RBKC and where the context so admits "Council" shall mean either LBHF or RBKC;"Development"means where the context so admits redevelopment of part of the Earls Court Site pursuant to one or more of the Approvals;"Development Plot"means a development plot within the Earls Court Development as identified on parameter plan (reference ECM2-PA-03-102_A) attached hereto at Appendix 4 and referred to herein as Development Plot WV01, Development Plot WV02, Development Plot WV03, Development Plot WV04, Development Plot WV05, Development Plot WV06, Development Plot BW01, Development Plot BW02, Development Plot BW03, Development Plot BW04, Development Plot BW05, Development Plot BW06, Development Plot BW07, Development Plot NE01, Development Plot NE02, Development Plot NE03, Development Plot NE04, Development Plot NE05, Development Plot NE06, Development Plot WK01, Development Plot WK02, Development Plot WK03 and Development Plot WK04;"Earls Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area"means the opportunity area covering Earls Court and West Kensington as defined in the London Plan and in more detail in the Earls Court and West Kensington Opportunity Area Joint Supplementary Planning Document (March 2012);"Earls Court Development"means comprehensive redevelopment of the Earls Court Site pursuant to the Approvals;

  • As Mr. Yeung, Mr. Lee and Mr. Luk no longer intend to be bound by the acting in concert arrangement with each other for the purpose of family wealth and estate planning regarding their respective interests in the Company, they have on 9 July 2018 entered into a deed of termination (the “Termination Deed”) to terminate the acting in concert arrangement under the Confirmatory Deed.

More Definitions of Confirmatory Deed

Confirmatory Deed means a planning obligation or planning obligations pursuant to section 106 of the Act binding all parts of the Land not bound by this Agreement in the form at Appendix [x] including the Council Land and the Loxford Land;
Confirmatory Deed means a deed substantially in the same form as that contained at Annex 1;
Confirmatory Deed means a Deed (a draft of which is appended hereto at Appendix 4) to be entered into by all of the parties with an interest in the Site (excluding future tenants or occupiers of individual Dwellings, mortgagees and chargees of the Site and persons deriving title from them) for the purposes of section 106 of the Act which confirms that the obligations contained in this Agreement shall also bind their interest in any part of the Site acquired from the Council after the date of this Agreement;
Confirmatory Deed means a confirmatory deed as defined in and in accordance with the Section 106 Agreement and in substantially the form attached at Appendix 6 of the Section 106 Agreement

  • Security Agreements means the Borrower Security Agreement and the Subsidiary Security Agreement.

  • Security Agreement Supplement has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.
