Examples of Collateral Agency Agreement in a sentence
Except as otherwise specifically provided herein: (i) the parties shall continue to be bound by all provisions of the Collateral Agency Agreement; and (ii) the provisions set forth herein shall operate either as additions to or modifications of the obligations of the parties under the Collateral Agency Agreement, as the context may require.
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Exchange Note Supplement and the Collateral Agency Agreement with respect to the Closed-End Exchange Note issued hereunder, the provisions of this Exchange Note Supplement shall prevail.

Immediately preceding its sale of the Exchange Note to the Buyer, the Seller was the owner of the Exchange Note, free and clear of any Adverse Claim, and after such sale of the Exchange Note to the Buyer, the Buyer shall be entitled to all of the rights and benefits of a holder of an Exchange Note under the Collateral Agency Agreement and the Exchange Note Supplement.
