Completion Agenda has the meaning given in Clause 5.3.a;
Completion Agenda means the completion agenda attached as Schedule 3 (Completion Agenda);

  • Design Development Documents means the Drawings, Specifications and other documents prepared by the Trade Contractor that establish and describe the size and character of the Trade Contractor Work as to architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, graphics and signage, and other elements, and which include typical construction details, equipment layouts and specifications that identify major materials and systems.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
