Company’s Facilities definition

Company’s Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.19(a).

Company’s Facilities means (i) equipment and personal property owned by the Company and located in either County, plus (ii) any assets owned by the Company paid for from the Company Grant Project Budget provided for in this Agreement or other public funds no matter where located.

Company’s Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.21(b).

Examples of Company’s Facilities in a sentence

• Customer’s access to any electronic tool that allows Customer to transact business on Company’s Facilities, provided however such suspension shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay any rate, toll charge or other amount payable to Company.

• The Operator agrees to hold current and adequate insurance at all times when the Operator uses the Airport Company’s Facilities and Services at Stansted Airport to cover any and all liability excluded or limited under this Condition 2.2. Nothing in this Condition 2.2.4 shall preclude the Operator from fulfilling its insurance obligations through self-insurance.

• The Customer shall be responsible for providing a safe place to work and complying with all laws and regulations regarding the working conditions on the Premises at which Company employees and agents shall be installing or maintaining Company’s Facilities and equipment.

• Damage to Company Facilities or Equipment - The Customer shall be responsible for reimbursing Company for damage to, or loss of, Company’s Facilities or equipment caused by the acts or omissions of the Customer; or the failure of the Customer to comply with these regulations; or by fire or theft or other casualty on the Customer’s Premises, unless caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the employees or agents of Company, beyond the scope of their employment or agency.

• The Operator agrees to hold current and adequate insurance at all times when the Operator uses the Airport Company’s Facilities and Services at the Airport to cover any and all liability excluded or limited under this Condition 2.2.

More Definitions of Company’s Facilities

Company’s Facilities means any building, storage facility, equipment and any other facilities used by the Company;

Company’s Facilities. Materials, or Personnel” means facilities, materials, or personnel owned, leased, occupied, or controlled by the Company, or any of its successors and assigns, and any of its present or future subsidiaries, or organizations controlled by, controlling, or under common control with the Company, as well as the facilities, materials, or personnel of third parties rented, leased, or otherwise hired by the Company for the conduct of aspects of the business of the Company.

Company’s Facilities means the Facilities and all other real property owned, leased or occupied by the Company at any time prior to the Closing.

Company’s Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 2.17.

Company’s Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(b). “Confidentiality Agreement” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(a). “Contract” means any contract or agreement, whether written or oral. “Contributor” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.9(g). “Copyrights” means all copyrights, copyrightable works and mask works (including all applications and registrations for each of the foregoing and including all unregistered copyrights), and all other rights corresponding thereto throughout the world, including economic rights in copyrights. “COVID-19” means “Coronavirus Disease 2019”, “COVID-19”, “COVID-19 virus”, the “coronavirus”, “coronavirus disease” and/or the “novel coronavirus”, and any of their mutations or permutations, and the outbreak, spread, and transmission thereof, efforts to control or limit the spread and transmission thereof, and any other effects or consequences of the foregoing. “Damages” has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1(a).

Company’s Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20.2.
