Common Ground definition

Common Ground means property owned by OSRA and not leased to any individual site lessee, and generally falls into two categories: “General Use Common Ground” and “Restricted Use Common Ground”.
Common Ground means all Property not immediately under a Dwelling, specifically including Property designated and recited on the Plat as streets and easements, and other facilities and utilities constructed or maintained for the benefit of the Owners.
Common Ground means all the common areas and easements as depicted on the Plat, all improvements on the Common Ground, and such other common areas as the Association may acquire in the future. The Common Ground shall be held and operated for the common use and enjoyment of the Owners and residents of the Subdivision.

Examples of Common Ground in a sentence

  • The purpose and use of the Licensed Property shall be for agricultural use and participation in the Common Ground urban agriculture program pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the program as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto.

More Definitions of Common Ground

Common Ground means an area or areas of ground which is owned by two or more people;
Common Ground means ( i ) the roadways , sidewa lks and t he l ike des ignated as "common area s" on the subd ivision pl at; and ( i i) all other areas set forth on the subdivision plat wh ich are n ot part of any l ot as set forth in the subdivision plat , i nclud ing w ithout l im itation , the entranceway , the lake; and ( i i i) all landscaped and pl anted areas l ocated within the boundaries of the common area; and ( iv ) all ut il ity and sto rm water sewer facil it ies l ocated w ithin the boundaries of the C omm on Ground , includ ing w ithout l imitation , storm dra inage facil it ies ,. sanitary sewer systems , dete ntion ponds , gas systems , wate r systems , fi re protect ion install ations , underground and overhead e lectrical power cables and underground te lephone cables; and ( v) al l lighting standards , traffic and di recti onal s igns and tra ff ic ma rki ngs , except for those spec if ically l ocated on the park ing l ots wh ich a re part of the l ots set forth in the subdivision pl at.
Common Ground means the accepting, acknowledging, and/or acting on differing worldviews.
Common Ground means and refer to any areas of land within the Subdivision which are now or hereafter conveyed to the Association or over, upon or through which easements are granted, together with the improvements thereon, which are intended to be devoted to the common use and enjoyment of all Owners, together with those areas of land described on the Plat as “Existing Cemetery” and “Trail.” Such Common Ground shall include, by way of example and not by way of limitation, any landscape islands located within the Subdivision, landscape buffers, trails, entrance monument easements, or other easement designated on the Plat for the use and enjoyment of the Owners or Association, and any other area described on the Plat as “Common Ground,” “Existing Cemetery,” or “Trail.”
Common Ground means Common Grounds 1 through 8 as provided and shown on the Plat.
Common Ground means and refer to all real property and the improvements thereof owned in trust by the Trustees and all easements, licenses and other rights held by the Trustees for the open spaces, streets, walkways, subdivision entrance ways and monuments, street lights, and other such areas and facilities as may be shown on the record plats of the Subdivision.
