Commencement of Full Operations definition

Commencement of Full Operations means the point in time when the Contractor becomes responsible for the provision of the Services following the completion of the Setting up Operations. In the event that the Contractor’s responsibility for the provision of the Services is phased, the Commencement of Full Operations means the commencement of each phase following the Setting Up Operations in respect of that phase.

  • An annual maintenance Charge for the Simple Payment and Disaster Payments Service of £512,500 (GBP five hundred and twelve thousand, five hundred) payable from the Commencement of Full Operations monthly in arrears in accordance with Paragraph 1.11 of this Schedule.

Commencement of Full Operations means the commencement of the Services described in this contract, following successful completion of setting up operations and signature of the Form of Agreement.

Related to Commencement of Full Operations

  • Commencement of Operations means, with respect to any Facility, the completion and the performance of all of the following activities:

  • Commencement of Development means the date on which any material operation (as defined in Section 56(4) of the Act) forming part of the Development is begun other than (for the purposes of this Deed and for no other purpose) operations consisting of site clearance, demolition work, archaeological investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions, remedial work in respect of any contamination or other adverse ground conditions, diversion and laying out of services, erection of any temporary display of site notices or advertisements and “Commence Development” shall be construed accordingly

  • Services Commencement Date means the date delivery of the Services shall commence as specified in the Key Provisions. If no date is specified in the Key Provisions this date shall be the Commencement Date;

  • Service Commencement Date in respect of a Service or a particular instance of a Service means the date on which that particular Service or particular instance of a Service is first provided to the Customer, or as otherwise explicitly set out in this Agreement;

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Generation Operations Center means the location of Buyer’s real-time operations personnel.

  • Commence commercial operation means, with regard to a unit that serves a generator, to have begun to produce steam, gas, or other heated medium used to generate electricity for sale or use, including test generation subject to the following:

  • Date of Commencement of Risk means the date specified in the Schedule (unless the Policyholder is informed otherwise by the Company) from which the risk cover of the Life Assured commences under the Policy.
